Cancellation Policy

Important Note: In some rare circumstances, where the health of the client's lashes is very poor, we may decline to provide lash extensions. We hope you understand that your health is our top priority. Late Policy We very much appreciate you arriving on time for your appointment. Should you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, however time may not permit us to complete the service you have booked, and we may need to provide a shorter lash session, or reschedule to ensure we are on time for our next client. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more we will need to reschedule your appointment. Cancellation Policy We request 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that everybody gets busy and sometimes issues get in the way of keeping your appointment. it's no problem, but we will just keep your deposit as payment for the booked time. Simply book another appointment when you are ready. Payment Policy Deposits may be made on line with booking. You may use your Paypal account, visa or mastercard. For the balance, we accept major credit cards, debit cards and cash at the salon. Some Do’s and Don’ts Please avoid caffeine for at least three hours before your appointment. Caffeine can cause your eyelids to move involuntarily which makes it difficult to apply lashes evenly. If you wear contact lenses, please bring a case to remove them or wear your glasses to the appointment. We also recommend wearing your glasses following your appointment. This is to make sure your eyes do not water too much. (Also - no sad movies!!) Problems? After your appointment, please let us know within 48 hours if there are any problems with the lashes or with your appointment experience. We want to make sure you’re happy with your new look! Reactions/Irritation We use only the best hypo-allergenic adhesives and lash products. However, reactions or irritations may occur at any time. If this happens, please see a doctor as soon as possible and contact us immediately so we can arrange a time to remove your extensions. In this circumstance liability does not rest with Glamour Lash Bar or its technicians. Lash Removal While there are no refunds for lashes once applied, we offer complimentary removal within 48 hours. If you try to remove your lashes yourself, you may damage your natural lashes. Coming to us from somewhere else? It is important to understand that we cannot perform infills over lashes applied elsewhere.
