We want you to absolutely love your lashes and your experience at Glamour Lash Bar. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results or anything at all, please contact us within 3 days so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.
In some rare circumstances, where the health of the client's lashes is very poor, or damaged from treatments not provided at Glamour Lash Bar, we may decline to provide lash extensions. We hope you understand that your health is our top priority. For the same reason we only do refills on our own lashes. We are not able to perform refills on lashes from another salon.
We very much appreciate you arriving on time for your appointment. Should you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, however time may not permit us to complete the service you have booked, and we may need to provide a shorter lash session, or reschedule to ensure we are on time for our next client. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more we will need to reschedule your appointment so our technicians can provide you with the absolute best quality of work.
For the courtesy of our technicians, and clients on a waiting list, we do ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
We understand that everybody is busy and sometimes unavoidable issues get in the way of keeping your appointment. If you do not arrive for your appointment, it's no problem. We will just keep your deposit as payment for the booked time. Simply book another appointment when you are ready.
We have a child-friendly workplace and frequently, Thomas (3 y.o.) will be nearby, playing with his toys. Your child/children are welcome to join in. We have plenty of toys and amusements here. Because of this, you will often see toys and kiddy things around our salon, and we beg your indulgence when it appears a little chaotic!
Deposits may be made on line with booking. You may use your Paypal account, visa or mastercard.
For the balance, we accept major credit cards, debit cards and cash at the salon.
